What Happens Next

Requests are reviewed by Public Works and prioritized based on safety, urgency, weather, and available resources. A staff member may contact you if more information is needed.

Urgent safety concerns: For blocked roads, serious hazards, or emergencies, please contact emergency services first. For urgent road concerns during business hours, you may also call the Band Office at (780) 636-7000.
