The ISETS and Emergency Management Department supports community employment, job readiness, and workforce development while ensuring the safety and preparedness of Whitefish Lake First Nation #128. Our work focuses on empowering members through training and employment programs, building skills for long-term success, and coordinating emergency response plans that protect our Nation. Through proactive planning, community collaboration, and capacity building, this department strengthens resilience and supports a safer, more prosperous future for all members.
